Baseball Recap: Vineland Fighting Clan vs. Pitman Panthers
While Vineland's victory against Pitman wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. Vineland narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past Pitman 4-3. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Fighting Clan have posted since April 15, 2024.
Kyle Lamanteer made a big impact while hitting and pitching. On the mound, he tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. Lamanteer was also solid in the batter's box, scoring a run while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances.
