Softball Recap: Centerville Elks vs. Springfield Wildcats

Centerville put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They blew past the Springfield Wildcats 11-1. Fans of Centerville have seen this all before: every one of the games they've played this season has ended in a blowout.

Hayley Arnold made a splash while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, keeping things locked down with no earned run or hits while striking out ten over five innings pitched. Arnold has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't pitched less than five innings in three consecutive pitching appearances.
