Volleyball Recap: Alexander Victorious

Alexander won the last time they faced SA Roosevelt and things went their way on Friday too. The Bulldogs walked away with a 2-0 win over the Rough Riders. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Bulldogs.

Abriella Betancourt paced Alexander's offense, picking up seven kills. Betancourt got some help from Amari Randez and her 13 assists. Randez was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.

Alexander's victory bumped their record up to 2-0. As for SA Roosevelt, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.

Alexander wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Incarnate Word on the 15th. As for SA Roosevelt, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 loss against Davenport on the 15th.
