Moulton's tournament run continued when they took on Lexington on Thursday. Moulton came out on top against Lexington by a score of 46-35.

Meanwhile, it's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 66-30, which was the final score in Luling's tilt against Lexington on Thursday. While losing is never fun, Luling can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 1164th, while Lexington is ranked 312th).

Moulton's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 14-3. The wins came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 24.7 points per game. As for Luling, they have been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last nine matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-11 record this season.
