            Softball Recap: Cambridge N/A vs. Saratoga Central Catholic Saints        
        
		
        
        
            Cambridge extended their losing streak  to four  on Thursday, dropping their season record down to 6-9 in the process. They might be feeling deja-vu: they lost  19-8 to the Saratoga Central Catholic Saints, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Saints this season,  with their most recent  defeat being a  19-8  loss  on Thursday.
As for Saratoga Central Catholic,  the  win made it two in a row for them and  bumps their season record up to 11-8. They might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven matches by seven  runs or more this season.
For Saratoga Central Catholic's part,  Paige Bujno made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound,   keeping things locked down with   no  earned runs or hits over four innings pitched. Bujno has been consistent recently: she hasn't  given up  a single  hit in three consecutive appearances. She was also stellar in the batter's box,  going 4-for-6 with three  runs and two  RBI.
 In other batting news,  Allison Fuller was  incredible,  firing off one  home run, nine  RBI,  and two  triples while going 6-for-6.  Grace Schaefer was another key player,  going 4-for-5 with five  runs, one  triple,  and one  RBI.
