Softball Recap: Master's Academy Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Master's Academy can now relate to. They lost 10-0 to the Geneva Knights on Thursday. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Knights this season, with their most recent defeat being a 17-1 loss back in April.

Master's Academy saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Karina Morales, who went 1-for-2 with one double.

The loss snapped Master's Academy's winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 13-12 record. As for Geneva, the win (which was their seventh in a row) raised their record to 18-3.

As of now, neither Master's Academy nor the Knights have any future games scheduled.
