Montville took down Pope John XXIII on Monday, a win that might not have happened without Andre Milciukas's standout effort. Milciukas was unstoppable, tossing 3.2 innings while giving up no earned runs off three hits.

Milciukas' effort led Montville over Pope John XXIII and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Mustangs have some work to do to even out the 2-7 series between these two since May of 2021, but a win here would be a good start.
