Basketball Game Preview: Fennville Blackhawks vs. Bloomingdale Cardinals

The Fennville Blackhawks will head out to square off against the Bloomingdale Cardinals at 7:30 p.m. on Monday.

Fennville is probably headed into the matchup with a chip on their shoulder considering Bridgman just ended the team's three-game winning streak on Friday. They came up short against the Bees, falling 41-18. The game marked the Blackhawks' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Meanwhile, Bloomingdale didn't have too much trouble with Comstock on Friday as they won 49-33.

Fennville's loss dropped their record down to 3-2. As for Bloomingdale, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

Fennville didn't have too much breathing room in their matchup against Bloomingdale when the teams last played back in January of 2015, but they still walked away with a 48-42 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Fennville since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
