Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Avon Grove). They never let the Oxford Hornets get on the board and left with an 8-0 win on Tuesday. Avon Grove haven't had any issues with Oxford recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.

Avon Grove's win was their first in the conference, bumping their conference record up to 1-3-2 and their overall record up to 2-6-4. As for Oxford, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-6.
