Soccer Recap: Birdville Comes Up Short

Birdville was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their ninth straight loss. They lost 6-1 to the Argyle Eagles. Things were pretty much settled by the half as the Hawks were already down 5-0.

Birdville's defeat dropped their record down to 0-11. As for Argyle, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 8-3.

Looking ahead, Birdville will head out to square off against Denton at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Argyle, they will square off against Richland at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Argyle is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 3 goals per game this season.
