Baseball Recap: Warren Starts Season with Victory Against Lonoke

Warren had to kick off their season on the road on Monday, but they showed no ill effects. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Lonoke Jackrabbits a 4-0 shutout. For the Lumberjacks, this counts as revenge for the 3-0 win the Jackrabbits walked away with the last time they faced one another back in May of 2024.

Bryson Harris was excellent, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 2-for-4. Antonio Jordan was another key player, scoring a run while going 2-for-3.

Looking ahead, Warren will take on DeWitt at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Lonoke, they will venture away from home to challenge Ashdown at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
