Basketball Recap: MacArthur Comes Up Short

If MacArthur was riding high fresh off their 63-34 takedown of Royal last Monday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Generals were dealt a 55-26 defeat at the hands of the Freeman Golden Eagles on Tuesday.

MacArthur's loss was their fifth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Freeman, they picked up their first home win, bumping their record up to 2-5.

Looking ahead, MacArthur will challenge Liberty at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Freeman, they will square off against Cedar Ridge at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
