Basketball Recap: Central Takes a Loss

If Central was riding high fresh off their 48-25 takedown of False River last Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Central Panthers were dealt a 63-24 loss at the hands of the St. Joseph's - Plaucheville Eagles on Monday. The defeat continues a trend for the Panthers in their matchups with the Eagles: they've now lost five in a row.

Central's loss dropped their record down to 2-7. As for St. Joseph's - Plaucheville, with the win, they broke their 11-game losing streak and moved their record to 6-21.

Central does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for St. Joseph's - Plaucheville, they will challenge Elizabeth at 5:00 p.m. on February 11th.
