Baseball Recap: Gainesville Takes a Loss

Gainesville lost against Bakersfield last Saturday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Bulldogs fell just short of the Lions by a score of 12-11. The Bulldogs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Gainesville's defeat dropped their record down to 4-3. As for Bakersfield, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 4-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Gainesville will face off against Climax Springs at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Bakersfield, they will take on Summersville at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
