Basketball Recap: Friona Comes Up Short

Friona lost against Roosevelt back in February and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Chieftans fell 47-36 to the Eagles. The Chieftans have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Friona's loss dropped their record down to 4-4. As for Roosevelt, they now have a winning record of 5-4.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Friona will take on Plains in a tournament on Thursday. As for Roosevelt, they will square off against Farwell at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
