Elma waltzed into their match on Wednesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They came out on top against the Montesano Bulldogs by a score of 47-37. The score was all tied up 22-22 at the break, but the Eagles were the better team in the second half.

Elma got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Isaac McGaffey out in front who posted seven points in addition to ten boards and five steals. Another player making a difference was Theo Flores, who went 6 for 13 en route to 16 points.

Elma's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 13-7. As for Montesano, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 10-10.

As of now, neither Elma nor Montesano have any future games scheduled.
