Soccer Game Preview: Trinity vs. Keller

Trinity and Keller are an even 2-2-2 against one another since January of 2015, but likely not for long. The Trinity Trojans will be playing in front of their home fans against the Keller Indians at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.

Trinity's defense heads into the match hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Tuesday. Everything went their way against Timber Creek as Trinity made off with a 3-0 win. The Trojans might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won three contests by three goals or more this season.

Meanwhile, for the first time this season, Keller was forced to settle for a draw. Neither they nor Byron Nelson could gain the upper hand on Tuesday so the two teams had to settle for a 2-2 draw.

Trinity pushed their record up to 4-4-1 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road. Those victories came thanks to their defensive effort, having only given up one goal over those three games. Keller's draw gives them a new season record of 6-3-1.
