Thomas More Prep-Marian entered their tilt with Trego on Tuesday with three consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with four. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Golden Eagles. The Monarchs have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Golden Eagles, too.

Thomas More Prep-Marian never let Trego on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. The final score came out to 25-16, 25-23.

Bria Windholz paced Thomas More Prep-Marian's offense, picking up ten kills. Windholz got some help from Bridget Feldt and her nine assists. Feldt was also solid from the service line: she led the team with two aces.

Thomas More Prep-Marian's victory bumped their record up to 13-10. As for Trego, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 9-12.
