Volleyball Recap: Hayes Comes Up Short

Hayes lost against Reynoldsburg back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Pacers took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Raiders. The Pacers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Hayes was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the second set very close. The final score came out to 25-21, 25-23.

Reynoldsburg found their leader in freshman Nimesh Biswa, who had four digs and four aces.

Hayes' defeat dropped their record down to 1-15. As for Reynoldsburg, their victory bumped their record up to 8-12.

Hayes didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Chillicothe on the 10th. As for Reynoldsburg, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-1 defeat against Middletown on the 10th.
