  Noriega Gonzalez looked comfortable as he  pitched 3.2 innings while giving up just one earned run off   two  hits. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't  given up  more than two  hits in four consecutive pitching appearances.
 At the plate,  the team  relied heavily on  AJ Francisco, who  scored two  runs and  stole a base while going 2-for-3. The team also got some help courtesy of  Austin Maccardle, who  scored two  runs and  stole a base while  getting on base  in all four of his plate appearances.
 Meanwhile, Sebastian River fell victim to Centennial and their airtight pitching crew  on Thursday. They took  a  5-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Eagles. The  loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Sebastian River in their matchups with Centennial: they've now lost three in a row.
 Sebastian River saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Thomas Villars, who  went 1-for-2 with a  stolen base.
 Heritage is  on a roll lately: they've  won five of their last six matchups,  which provided a nice bump to their 16-8 record  this season. As for Sebastian River, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-14.
