They will venture away from home to challenge the Northwest Christian Crusaders at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. Benjamin Franklin knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past four contests -- so hopefully Northwest Christian likes a good challenge.

One of the most notable came from Talan Speir, who almost dropped a double-double with 15 points and nine rebounds. The matchup was Speir's third in a row with at least 15 points. Another player making a difference was Ethan Sang, who shot 71% from the field on his way to 13 points and seven boards.

Benjamin Franklin was working as a unit and finished the game with 20 assists. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now racked up at least 20 assists in three consecutive games.

The contest was all but wrapped up at the end of the third, by which point the Crusaders had established a 29-point advantage.

Benjamin Franklin's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 4-0. As for Northwest Christian, the win got them back to even at 1-1.

Benjamin Franklin strolled past Northwest Christian when the teams last played back in January by a score of 48-30. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Chargers since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
