On Friday, Chavez got the W thanks in part to Elijah Walker playing the best football he has all season. Walker threw for 408 yards and six TDs while completing 76.9% of his passes. Thanks to that strong showing, he's now averaging 3.2 passing touchdowns per game. His passing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his third straight game with at least 314 passing yards.

His longest rush was for an incredible 97 yards.
Holmes must have West's number; he was a force to be reckoned with the last time he faced them too. When Holmes last faced the Wolfpack back in September of 2024, he picked up 71 receiving yards and a pair of TDs, and also rushed for 72 yards and one score on only nine carries.

Jackson Batch produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Chavez to the win on Friday. Batch picked up 160 receiving yards and three touchdowns. He was no stranger to the big play, connecting on a big catch that went for 52 yards.
Batch might have his next game, a road matchup with Franklin, circled on his calendar. Back in September of 2024 (the last time Batch saw the Yellowjackets), he picked up 76 receiving yards and a pair of scores.
