When it comes to explaining why Rowe-Clark lost, one person who can't be blamed is Arnez Jones. Despite the final result, he scored 29 points along with eight rebounds. The game was Jones' fifth in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Artez Jones, who scored nine points along with eight rebounds and three steals.
Rowe-Clark's defeat was their 11th straight on the road dating back to last season, which bumped their record down to 2-8. As for Butler, their victory ended a three-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 7-12.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Rowe-Clark will take on Bulls College Prep at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Butler, they will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Johnson at 5:30 p.m.
