Baseball Recap: Schoharie Comes Up Short

After flying high against Notre Dame Bishop Gibbons on Friday, Schoharie came back down to earth. The Storm came up short against the Johnstown Sir Bills on Monday, falling 10-4.

Luke Stevens made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went 2-for-3 with three RBI.

Schoharie's loss dropped their record down to 6-4. As for Johnstown, their victory was their sixth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 8-2.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Schoharie is set to face off against their familiar foe Cobleskill-Richmondville at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Johnstown will square off against rival Canajoharie at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
