Volleyball Recap: Plainview-Elgin-Millville Triumphs

Plainview-Elgin-Millville won the last time they faced Lake City and things went their way on Saturday too. The Bulldogs came out on top against the Tigers by a score of 2-0. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Bulldogs.

Hadlie Eidenschink paced Plainview-Elgin-Millville's offense, picking up seven kills. Eidenschink got some help from Laney Gusa and her 19 assists.

The win got Plainview-Elgin-Millville back to even at 2-2. As for Lake City, they are on a 22-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-2.

Plainview-Elgin-Millville and Lake City will both get their first taste of in-conference action in their upcoming games. The Bulldogs will face off against rival La Crescent at 7:15 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Lake City is set to take on their familiar foe Goodhue at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
