Volleyball Recap: East Takes a Loss

East was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 25th straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 3-0 to the Judge Memorial Catholic Bulldogs. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Bulldogs this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in September.

East took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-7, 25-17, 25-21.

East's defeat dropped their record down to 0-22. As for Judge Memorial Catholic, the win snapped their losing streak at four matches and leaves them with a 6-20 record.

East wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 loss against Cottonwood on the 10th. As for Judge Memorial Catholic, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-2 defeat against Murray on the 14th.
