Basketball Game Preview: Sacramento Dragons vs. Wood Wildcats

The Sacramento Dragons will venture away from home to take on the Wood Wildcats at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Sacramento has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.

Last Friday, Sacramento earned a 67-59 victory over Vacaville. Given the Dragons' advantage in MaxPreps' California basketball rankings (they are ranked 300th, while the Bulldogs are ranked 1140th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, Wood unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Friday. They took a 65-53 hit to the loss column at the hands of River City.

Sacramento's win bumped their record up to 6-7. As for Wood, their loss dropped their record down to 11-5.
