McKinney Christian Academy won against North Hills Prep last Tuesday with 40 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Tuesday. The Mustangs came out on top against the Lucas Christian Academy Warriors by a score of 40-27. Winning may never get old, but the Mustangs sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

McKinney Christian Academy's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Harper Johnson, who posted 19 points. Another player making a difference was Petra Westra, who scored 13 points along with six boards and three steals.

McKinney Christian Academy's victory bumped their record up to 6-2. As for Lucas Christian Academy, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-3.

Coming up, McKinney Christian Academy will be taking part in a tournament against Texoma Christian at 2:20 p.m. on Friday. As for Lucas Christian Academy, they will venture away from home to square off against Highlands at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
