Crescenta Valley put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They walked away with a 60-49 win over the Moorpark Musketeers. That's more bragging rights for the Falcons, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Moorpark's loss came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Logan Stotts, who posted 16 points. The contest was Stotts' fourth in a row with at least 16 points. Tyson Howarth was another key player, shooting 50% from the field on his way to 12 points and five steals.

Crescenta Valley's victory bumped their record up to 4-0. As for Moorpark, they moved to 4-2 with that defeat, which also ended their three-game winning streak.

Coming up, Crescenta Valley will be taking part in a tournament against East Valley at 9:00 a.m. on the 6th. As for Moorpark, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, an 80-57 loss against Campbell Hall on the 2nd.
