Chiefland skates past Cedar Key with ease

The Chiefland Indians won the last time they faced the Cedar Key Sharks, and things went their way on Thursday too. Chiefland blew past Cedar Key 71-18 on the road. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Chiefland.

Chiefland's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Brianna Bell, who scored 13 points along with 5 rebounds and 5 steals. Bell is absolutely dominating the steal category: she's posted at least two every time she's taken the court this season. The team also got some help courtesy of Riley Davies, who scored 14 points along with 3 steals.

Chiefland now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Cedar Key, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-3.

Chiefland will be staying on the road on Friday to face off against Lafayette at 6:30 p.m. on December 1st. As for Cedar Key, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Gainesville Christian Community at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
