Basketball Game Preview: Hamilton Huskies vs. Millennium Tigers

The Hamilton Huskies will challenge the Millennium Tigers at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Hamilton has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.

Hamilton took a loss when they played away from home back in December of 2024, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Tuesday. They enjoyed a cozy 61-47 win over Liberty. The victory was some much needed relief for the Huskies as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

Meanwhile, Millennium faced Desert Vista in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Friday. Millennium was the clear victor by an 83-58 margin over Desert Vista. The win was familiar territory for the Tigers who have now won three games in a row.

Hamilton's victory was their 16th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 10-7. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 63.1 points per game. As for Millennium, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven contests, which provided a nice bump to their 11-4 record this season.
