Baseball Recap: Hilliard Davidson Beats Hilliard Bradley for Their Third Straight Victory

Hilliard Davidson had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 4.5 runs) and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 6-4 win over the Hilliard Bradley Jaguars. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Wildcats have posted since May 15, 2024.

Andrew Endres looked comfortable as he tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits.

At the plate, Mitchell Davis was excellent, scoring two runs while going 2-for-3. He also put up an RBI, which was his first of the season. Aaron Dryer was another key player, going a perfect 3-for-3 with one double.

Hilliard Davidson's win bumped their record up to 3-4. As for Hilliard Bradley, their loss ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 4-4.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Hilliard Davidson will challenge rival Dublin Coffman at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Hilliard Bradley is set to square off against their familiar foe Olentangy Liberty at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
