Volleyball Recap: Washington Comes Up Short

Washington was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their tenth straight loss. They fell 2-0 to the Southeastern Panthers. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Blue Lions of the 2-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2024.

The match finished with set scores of 25-11, 25-10.

Washington's loss dropped their record down to 1-14. As for Southeastern, their win bumped their record up to 7-5.

Coincidentally, Washington and Southeastern will both be playing Greeneview the next time they take the court. The Panthers will host the Rams at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, while the Blue Lions will play them later in the day, at 12:00 p.m.
