After losing to Minneapolis South the last time they met, St. Paul Central decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The St. Paul Central Minutemen managed a 38-33 victory over the Minneapolis South Tigers on Tuesday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Minutemen.

St. Paul Central can attribute much of their success to Mireya Jefferson, who posted 13 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Cynara Easley, who earned eight points.

St. Paul Central's win bumped their record up to 10-15. As for Minneapolis South, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-12.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. St. Paul Central will head out to challenge Simley at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. St. Paul Central is facing Simley at the right time seeing as Simley is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Minneapolis South, they will venture away from home to face off against Edison at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
