Soccer Recap: Hillsborough Find Success

It's playoff time, and Hillsborough had no trouble coming through when it counted. They skirted past the Spoto Spartans 5-4. It was an even better day for Abraham Noguera as he scored three goals for his team.

Hillsborough has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 8-4-2 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 17 goals over those four matches. As for Spoto, their loss dropped their record down to 4-8-2.

Hillsborough will face off against Jesuit at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Jesuit knows how to get goals on the board -- the team has finished with four goals or more in their past five contests -- so hopefully Hillsborough likes a good challenge. Spoto does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
