Basketball Game Preview: Lincoln Lynx vs. St. Regis Tigers

The Lincoln Lynx just played last yesterday, but they'll still welcome the St. Regis Tigers at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. Lincoln will be looking to extend their current four-game winning streak.

Lincoln will bounce into Saturday's contest after beating Noxon, who they had gone 0-3 against in their three prior meetings. Lincoln breezed by Noxon to the tune of 55-6 on Friday. The Lynx have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven games by 20 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, St. Regis lost 66-42 to Drummond on Saturday. The Tigers have struggled against the Trojans recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.

Lincoln's win was their sixth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 13-2. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 20.3 points over those games. As for St. Regis, they now have a losing record at 6-7.

Lincoln came out on top in a nail-biter against St. Regis in their previous matchup back in December of 2024, sneaking past 26-24. Does Lincoln have another victory up their sleeve, or will St. Regis turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
