Sierra Canyon entered their tilt with San Marcos on Friday with six consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with seven. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Royals.

McKenna McIntosh paced Sierra Canyon's offense, picking up eight kills. McIntosh got some help from Lucky Fasavalu and her 14 assists. Fasavalu was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.

Sierra Canyon's win bumped their record up to 29-3. As for San Marcos, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 20-6.
