Columbus is 7-1 against Fremont since March of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. Columbus will face off against Fremont. Columbus' last five matchups have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.

Columbus is likely headed into the game with a focus on the second half, which is when things went downhill against Lincoln High on Monday. Columbus fell just short of Lincoln High by a score of 1-0.

Meanwhile, Fremont managed to keep up with Lincoln Southeast until halftime on Monday, but things quickly went downhill from there. Fremont came up short against Lincoln Southeast, falling 5-1. Fremont haven't had much luck with Lincoln Southeast recently, as the team has come up short the last eight times they've met.

Fremont's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Columbus, they now have a losing record of 2-3.

Columbus beat Fremont 2-0 when the teams last played back in March of 2024. Will Columbus repeat their success, or does Fremont has a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
