Strathmore has been on the road for two straight, but on Tuesday they'll finally head home. After both having extra time off, they and the Corcoran Panthers will shake off the cobwebs and challenge one another at 6:30 p.m. Both come into the game bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Last Wednesday, Strathmore narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past Woodlake 3-2.
Strathmore was staring down a 2-1 deficit headed into the fourth set, but they rallied to take the next two for the win. The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 23-25, 20-25, 25-19, 15-11.
Meanwhile, Corcoran can finally bid farewell to their three-game losing streak thanks to their game on Wednesday. They were the clear victor by a 3-0 margin over Lindsay.
Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 26-24, 25-21, 25-23.
