The Capital Jaguars will head out on the road to square off against the East Mountain Timberwolves at 1:00 p.m. on Friday. Capital will be looking to extend their current four-game winning streak.

In other batting news, Ty Rector was incredible, scoring three runs and stealing Three bases. while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in stolen bases. Rylen Radosevich was another key player, going 2-for-4 with one home run and two RBI.

East Mountain kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 11 hits. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Moriarty only managed four hits.

Capital pushed their record up to 5-3 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.8 runs over those games. As for East Mountain, their victory ended a five-game drought on the road and puts them at 3-5.
