In what's become a running theme this season, Marion gave their fans yet another huge victory in Friday's second game. They blew past the Remington Broncos 8-2. Winning may never get old, but Marion sure is getting used to it with their fourth in a row.

Gavin Wasmuth and Jack Lanning were a major factor while hitting and pitching. On the mound, Wasmuth kept things locked down with no earned run or hits while striking out seven over five innings pitched. Meanwhile, Lanning tossed two innings while giving up no earned run or hits. At bat, Wasmuth scored a run while going 3-for-4, while Lanning scored two runs and stole a base while going 3-for-4.

In other batting news, Cole Smith was excellent, scoring a run while going 1-for-3.
