Basketball Recap: Lambert/Richey Picks Up Fifth Consecutive Victory

Lambert/Richey entered their tilt with Culbertson on Friday with four consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with five. They strolled past the Culbertson Cowboys with points to spare, taking the game 60-41. Given the R&L Fusion's advantage in MaxPreps' Montana basketball rankings (they are ranked 42nd, while the Cowboys are ranked 127th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Lambert/Richey's victory bumped their record up to 6-2. As for Culbertson, they are on a 14-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-9.

Lambert/Richey does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Culbertson has already played their next match (against Plentywood), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
