Volleyball Recap: Tuesday's Win Is Norcross' Eighth in Last Nine Outings

Norcross won the last time they faced Berkmar and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Blue Devils came out on top against the Patriots by a score of 2-0.

While Norcross won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the first set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 27-25, 25-13.

Norcross had a senior duo take command as Ellie Ruth Blue had 15 assists and Grayson Taylor had four digs and three aces. Blue is on a roll when it comes to assists, as she's now posted 15 or more in each of the last six games she's played.

Norcross was lethal from the service line and finished the game with ten aces. That's the most aces they've posted in their last eight contests.

Norcross is on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 22-12 record this season. As for Berkmar, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-10.

Norcross has already played their next game, a 2-1 win against Brookwood on the 23rd. As for Berkmar, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Parkview on the 23rd.
