Softball Recap: Monterey Trail Mustangs vs. St. Mary's Rams
Monterey Trail can bid farewell to their three-game losing streak thanks to their game on Thursday. They came out on top against the St. Mary's Rams by a score of 6-1.

Maya Ewing made a splash no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, pitching four innings while giving up just one earned run off four hits. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't given up more than two walks in four consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate, going a perfect 3-for-3 with two RBI.
In other batting news, Aniyah Whipper was excellent, going 2-for-3 with one triple, two RBI, and one run. That's the most RBI she has posted since back in February.
