Soccer Recap: Skiatook's Loss Ends Four-Game Winning Streak on the Road

Skiatook and Bethany squared off in some playoff action on Thursday, but Skiatook had to settle for second. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Bronchos. Having soared to a lofty five goals in the game before, Skiatook couldn't push the score so high this time.

Skiatook's loss ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 9-6. As for Bethany, they are on a roll lately: they've won 12 of their last 13 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-5 record this season.

Skiatook does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Bethany, they will square off against Hilldale on Tuesday. Hilldale will roll in looking for their 18th straight victory, something Bethany surely won't give up without a fight.
