Volleyball Game Preview: Pacheco Panthers vs. Grace Davis Spartans

The Pacheco Panthers will head out to face off against the Grace Davis Spartans at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Considering both teams were shutout in their prior games, the pair is probably coming into this one with something to prove.

Pacheco lost 3-0 to Beyer on Wednesday. The Panthers have struggled against the Patriots recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost meeting.

While Pacheco was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into Beyer's winning margin in every set. The final score came out to 25-7, 25-11, 25-14.

Meanwhile, Grace Davis was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They came up short against Ceres, falling 3-0.

Grace Davis' defeat dropped their record down to 2-8. As for Pacheco, their loss dropped their record down to 2-13.

Pacheco might still be hurting after the 3-0 defeat they got from Grace Davis in their previous meeting back in March. Can the Panthers avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
