Soccer Game Preview: Golden Gate vs. Bonita Springs + Official Tickets

The Golden Gate Titans will square off against the Bonita Springs Bullsharks at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Golden Gate's last three contests have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.

Golden Gate is likely headed into the match with a focus on the second half, which is when things went downhill against Aubrey Rogers on Thursday. The Titans fell just short of the Patriots by a score of 2-1. The loss was Golden Gate's first of the season.

Meanwhile, Bonita Springs entered their tilt with First Baptist Academy on Thursday with four consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with five. They never let the Lions get on the board and left with a 2-0 win. The score was all tied up 0-0 at the break, but Bonita Springs were the better team in the second half.

The victory got Bonita Springs back to even at 5-5-1. As for Golden Gate, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 7-1-1.

Golden Gate beat Bonita Springs by a goal when the teams last played back in January of 2024, winning 3-2. Do the Titans have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Bullsharks turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
