Soccer Recap: Wapahani Comes Up Short

Wapahani was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their tenth straight defeat. They came up short against the Yorktown Tigers, falling 4-1. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Wapahani of the 9-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2024.

Wapahani's defeat dropped their record down to 2-10. As for Yorktown, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-5 record this season.

Wapahani has already played their next matchup, a 10-0 loss against Delta on the 25th. As for Yorktown, they also didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, a 1-1 draw against Jay County on the 25th.
