Crockett had to skate by with only a one-goal margin when they last took the pitch, which might have inspired the eight-goal drubbing they dealt Westwood on Monday. The Bulldogs' defense stepped up to hand the Panthers an 8-0 shutout. Considering Crockett have won 11 contests by more than two goals this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

The victory was the fourth in a row for Crockett, bringing their record up to 18-6-1. Those wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 22 goals over those four matches. As for Westwood, they are on a 19-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-21.

Looking ahead, Crockett will venture away from home to square off against Center at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Westwood does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
