Liberty had already won three in a row and they went ahead and made it four on Saturday. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Roosevelt Rough Riders. The Hawks were shut out 2-0 the last time they took on the Rough Riders, so the Hawks were just returning the favor.

Liberty's victory bumped their record up to 6-1-1. As for Roosevelt, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-2.

Liberty is on the road again on Saturday to play Caruthers at 1:00 p.m. As for Roosevelt, they will welcome Farmersville at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
